Small Scale Sustainable Farming
We only use organic seed and filtered water for growing these sprouts in our certified kitchen. Unlike commercial sprout growers, we do not grow our sprouts in the same packages they are sold in. We grow the sprouts in our airy, light, clean certified kitchen which minimizes any risk of bacteria growth. Because our sprouts are grown locally and timed for the farmer's markets, they do not spend a lot of time in packaging, what to speak of time in transit, and are therefore the freshest possible. Often lasting two weeks when kept under refridgeration.
